On Life: It's my Goal Setting Sundays in full effect. Had to take care of some articles, write up some posts and of course, blog here on ichange.
What I do on Sundays is make my weekly ToDo's - what I NEED to get done and what I want to accomplish. Some things are imperative, others just goals that will make me feel better about life.
I like this system. I've been doing it digitally but now I've been more and more obsessed with paper #planners. Like, I can't wait for my Day Designer planner to come in tomorrow. I'll be waiting front and center for it.
On Fitness & health: My ankle hurts and I feel bloated today so looks like workouts and eating right will be out the door because I want to start fresh tomorrow and see if I can find a meal plan to help me with my 30 pound journey.
On Fashion & Style: I'll be working on getting my 3 year old decked out since I am still in the process of losing the final weight. I do want to work on the confidence that Nadia exudes even at her weight. Instead, I feel fat even though she's bigger than I am and I know it's all mental. So working on it.....
What days do you do set your goals? Sunday? Monday?
