Update:
Last week's goals:
Exercise - Six days out of the week and burn 1,800 calories. - I exercised 5 days only which honestly, I think will be my new goal. It's easy to keep and it's less demanding. I can see myself working out 5 days a week in my new lifestyle. I burned 2588 calories.
Food - Eat more fruits and vegetables since they are good for you and 0 points. - This week has been really low on the fruits and veggies goal. But will pick up this week.
Drink - more green tea. - Found that green tea makes me nauseous so I will try and incorporate green tea during the day and definitely not on an empty stomach.
Family - Spend more time with my husband. - A little less than last week but we are definitely working on it more.
Me - Go out a little more and set up some quality time for myself. - Done!
Weight Loss - Lose 3 pounds this week! - Only lost 2! I'm PMS'ing and craving a lot of things I didn't crave last week.
I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST 10 POUNDS!! I'M 187....!!! :)
