Dr. Oz's 28 Day Fresh Start - Day 19

COUNT YOUR PACES
Taking 10,000 steps a day is associated with everything from a slimmer frame to better blood pressure levels to increased insulin sensitivity. Yet the average American woman walks a paltry 4,912 steps a day. The easiest way to see how you measure up - and nudge yourself toward that 10,000-step gaol - is by clipping on a pedometer.

I use an iPhone app called Pedometer and it gives me the calorie breakdown, the speed I am taking these steps with and time. I can start and stop within a day in case at some points, I sat down. I will definitely be making this one of my new week's goals to get 10,000 steps in a day!

I will update you next week on how this went. You should do it too and report back!

Best,
KG
