Update: Day 5

I have  managed to stay on track with the points - coming in every day under 29. I've lost 2 pounds already - yay! And I've worked out three times this week so far.  I've done Cardio Circuit Dance workout, Just Dance and I did a very brisk walk today from the further train station. 

I have also been working on Dr. Oz's 28 day Fresh Start and I have been drinking green tea about every day. It really does make you feel good! 

Today, I am confident to keep going!
