Update: Day 8

Hello all,


I've made it through my first week and I must tell you it feels good! I've worked out 5 days out of 7. I burned in total 1,427 pounds. I've gone from 197 pounds to 194. I have also come in under budget for my Weight Watchers Daily Allowance points of 29.


I feel better overall and this is just the first week. I have also started working on Dr. Oz's 28 Day Fresh Start and it has been very inspiring. My group on Facebook - Get up and Move - is doing well and everyone is giving advice and motivating each other.


Look forward to sharing more! I think I will do some exercise tips next!
