Update:
Exercise - Five days out of the week and burn 1,800 calories. - I burned a whopping 2,931 calories. Yeay me!
Food - Eat more fruits and vegetables since they are good for you and 0 points. - Will definitely eat more this week.
Drink - more green tea. - Since I found out that green tea makes me nauseous,maybe the hot one, I have started to drink more of the cold green tea.
Family - Spend more time with my husband. - We did! and we watched Star Wars together - something that he's always wanted me to watch.
Me - Go out a little more and set up some quality time for myself. - Check!
Weight Loss - Lose 2 pounds this week! - This week was my period week so I didn't lose anything and there were some days mixed in there where I actually gained like almost 5 pounds. CRAZY! But this morning, I am back down to 187 and feeling lighter.
