I love my iPhone and iPad. They are both so convenient and even though I am on Weight Watchers (or trying hard to stay on it) this app - Loseit is just a small little miracle.
A little about what it does:
- * Set goals and establish a daily calorie budget that enables you to meet them. Tell the app how much you'd like to lose and how much you weigh now and your time frame for losing it. Also, if you'd like to lose 1 pound, 1.5 pounds or 2 pounds a week. It will then give you your caloric intake for the day.
- * Stay on track each day by recording your food and exercise and staying within your budget.
- * Search a grand database of items by typing them or better yet - scan the barcode!! (FAB!)
- * Re-enter foods and meals you've had in the past.
- * Setup motivators (like the ones you've seen pop up on Facebook) to help you stay on track.
- * Log on to loseit.com when you want to track your information online and not on a mobile.
