Take the Right Pills! 

As you navigate the alphabet soup of the vitamin aisle, pick up these three bottles: a multivitamin, calcium with magnesium and vitamin D. Then, depending on your health, your genes and your doctor's advice, you may want to supplement those supplements. 


Since I am anemic, I have been taking iron with vitamin c and a multivitamin. 
I need to go and get a vitamin D and calcium with magnesium. Sheesh - that's a lot of pills to swallow! :)
