Update:
Exercise - Six days out of the week and burn 1,700 calories. - worked out only 4 days but I burned a total of 1,892 calories. Surpassed the goal.
Food - Eat more fruits and vegetables since they are good for you and 0 points. - Did a few fruits and veggies but definitely need more.
Drink - more green tea. - Drank less. Need to find a time for this.
Family - Spend more time with my husband. - We did spend a little more time together and we took the baby to his own room so now we have our quiet nights to ourselves to just chat and cuddle. :)
Me - Go out a little more and set up some quality time for myself. - I went out twice this weekend and that's one of the reasons I'm so very tired. But it was worth it! Had a blast!
Weight Loss - Lose 2 pounds this week! - I lost 2 pounds on Friday so I went down to 189. I met my goal but for some reason, I went back up to 191 towards the end.
