Food Log: Day 1


I've decided to keep an online food log with pictures. Every other day, I will have a NO CARBS day which in my world, means very little. Let's see how I do today! 

Here's today's food log! 

Breakfast



- Multi Grain Waffle
- Vegetable Spread
- Agave Nectar 
- Strawberries and Bananas
and of course, my cup of coffee with Lactose Free Milk and 3  Splendas

Lunch



- Grilled Chicken 
- Beats
- Corn
- Cranberry Sauce 

DINNER


- Steak
- Eggs with Cheese
- More Cranberry

This last meal needed a green but I didn't have any at home and didn't want to go outside.  My first day with very little carbs. YAY!

And for snack: (only had one)
