In keeping with the "No Carbs" day, Lunch was a bit bizzare but good.
- Turkey breast slices topped with mozzarella cheese
- Grilled chicken with cranberry sauce
- Greek yogurt with honey
Dinner
- Salad with turkey ham
- Bacon Bits
- Romaine Lettuce
- Boiled Egg
- Italian Vinagrette
Snack
- Banana, Strawberries and a Piece of Peppermint Brownie
I know, I know..Brownie? Really? But I'm learning and I'm taking everything lightly. Moderation will be the key to my eating habits.
