Food Log: Day 4


I can have carbs today..so this is what I ate. 

Breakfast



- Coffee -Skim Milk
- One Whole Wheat Waffle 
- Scrambled Eggs with Cheese

Lunch
(i didn't take a picture of this....I forgot! I was so hungry...) 
- Chicken cutlets
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Whole Wheat Wrap

Dinner
How exciting,right? I didn't take a pic of this either.. For what?
- Honey Nut Cheerios
- Skim Milk 

Snacks (2) 
- Nutella and Bananas - one of my favorites.I almost always have it with Moscato but just had it with water.
- Apple Pie on a Whole wheat wrap My wonderful husband made this with a whole wheat wrap and low carb ice cream. It was delicious. I'll post the recipe in another blog post - that is, if he wants to give it to me. :P
