One of my favorite foods of all time is of course, pizza. Since I've been on a healthy diet for life, I wanted to substitute a pizza that I would love without all the added calories. I was watching the Revolution and Harley (fitness guru) had this low calorie goodness of a pizza and I definitely wanted to try it. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a picture of it since we ate it so fast! Everyone enjoyed it. He managed to get a 1,000 calorie small person pizza into something that is only about 260 calories! How's that for healthy! And it was DELICIOUS!!!! I used fat free fresh mozarella ball!

Harley Pasternak's Healthy Pizza
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 Whole wheat tortilla
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Sliced roma tomatoes
- 3/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- sliced low-fat turkey pepperoni
- fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- Lay half of the tomato sauce over the tortilla and spread the cheese.
- Lay on the remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle tomato slices and turkey pepperoni.
- Bake in skillet until the cheese is melted.
